Shipping policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Deliveries are scheduled for weekdays, and will not be delivered on holidays. If there is a delay, you will be notified by email.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates will be calculated upon checkout. Shipping rates may be higher for international orders.

Shipments may take longer to arrive if shipping to APO/FPO addresses. 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive an order confirmation by email, as well as a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your order has shipped.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Crooked Hooker is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Crooked Hooker is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
